Puccini Natural Stone by Duratile currently partners with FedEx and UPS for both LTL and ground shipments. Should you choose to utilize our shipping account, freight charges will be added to your invoices. Alternatively, you may opt to use your own freight carriers and handle the associated costs directly.

In the unfortunate event of damages occurring during transit when our DuraTile account was used, please reach out to our customer service team immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damaged materials. This will allow us to promptly initiate a claim process. Upon approval of the claim, we will reimburse you for the damaged materials, up to the total cost of the invoice. You are then welcome to reorder the damaged materials using a new purchase order.

For orders shipped using other accounts, filing claims and reordering damaged materials will be your responsibility
